Nigerian music director and cinematographer TG Omori, also known as Boy Director, has publicly shared that his only brother has donated a kidney to him. The announcement was made on Tuesday, following the kidney transplant that occurred on Monday, August 26, 2024.

In a heartfelt post on X (formerly Twitter), TG Omori expressed his gratitude, writing, “Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.”

He also shared a glimpse into his recovery on his Instagram story, posting images of himself in a hospital bed receiving oxygen. He captioned the photos, “Keep my spirit alive. I don’t wanna die.”
