Tuokpe, the ex-wife of political activist Reno Omokri, has accused him of domestic abuse during their marriage. In a candid Instagram post, she shared details of her painful experiences, including an incident where she woke up with a ruptured eardrum, which she claims was caused by Omokri.

Tuokpe emphasized that no woman should endure abuse, regardless of the circumstances, and urged women to stand against violence. She recounted multiple instances of abuse and described Omokri as controlling, contrasting this with her independent upbringing.

She concluded by stating, “No woman should tolerate abuse in marriage. Your children deserve better.”
