Nollywood star Bolanle Ninalowo has responded in disbelief after an impostor, Bolanle Azeez, allegedly scammed a woman, Victoria Ayano, of ₦33 million by pretending to be the actor. Ayano filed a petition with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) laying out how she was tricked by the impersonator. Ninalowo, sharing the development on Instagram, remarked in shock: “Which kind juju be this naa?”

He also questioned the logic behind the amount involved, pointing out that even in his most successful Nollywood roles he has never been paid ₦33 million for a single film. The incident highlights a recurring issue of impersonation and fraud involving the actor; recently he’s raised alarm over fake accounts in his name, especially on social media platforms like TikTok.
