Melody Fidel has been honored with the ‘Africa Inspiring Impact Maker’ Award at the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit held in Kigali. The award highlights his significant contributions to youth mentorship and entrepreneurship across the continent.

During the four-day summit, Melody spoke on the topics of partnership and collaboration in governance and business, emphasizing how these can shape investment opportunities in Africa. The organizers recognized his dedication to inspiring and guiding youth towards entrepreneurship and self-actualization.

In his acceptance speech, Melody expressed his gratitude and noted the increased responsibility that comes with the award. “I am elated that the organizers deemed me deserving of this award, which places more responsibility on my shoulders to continue advocating for African youth,” he said. He urged for greater collaboration between governments, the private sector, and small and medium-sized businesses to create more job opportunities and support the continent’s youth.

Other notable award recipients include Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal, Samira Buhari, Founder of the Daurama Foundation, Senator Aplonia Munzverengwi from Zimbabwe, and Michael Bartlett, CEO of Vanderpuye Group in Ghana.

Melody Fidel, founder of the Stability and Sustenance Business Summit, has coached over 100,000 youths in skills acquisition and monetization over the past decade. He has also provided business grants to more than 1,000 youth and was recently recognized with The Future Awards Africa Prize for Service to Young People.
